Setting up ticket-types

Creating a ticket-type, name, price, and quantity.


How to create a ticket-type:

  1. Navigate to “Event Tickets”
  2. Set a name for your ticket-type with the “Ticket Name” input
  3. If you’d like this ticket to be required, turn on “Required”
  4. Set the desired price of your ticket in “Ticket Price”
    1. If you want to offer tickets for free, either leave the price as $0.00, or click “Free Ticket”
  5. Set the desired ticket quantity available in “Tickets Available”
    1. If you don’t want to limit quantity, either leave the quantity as 0, or click “No Limit”
  6. Set an optional minimum or maximum limit for tickets per order. This will establish the minimum or maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order.
